Friday Five 02.01.19

Here are my five picks I chose to share this week. Wishing you a wonderful (and hopefully somewhat warm) weekend!

Little things like an organized space to do laundry make #momlife so much more pleasant. We are currently remodeling ours, and my Pinterest board is full of inspo like this photo. Simple, practical, and pretty!

I’m obsessed with these delicate earrings . I love how it makes a pretty statement while also remaining subtle. Which is totally my vibe recently.

With all the crazy winter temps in the US this week, it made me especially grateful that I live in Florida & our “cold front” was only, like, 50°. (Not gonna lie though, I was still cold & cozied by my fire most of the week except for when I popped outside to snap this photo #wimp)

These fish taco bowls are my new favorite recipe EVER. The seasoned tilapia, homemade chilpotle, fresh guacamole and mango salsa. Everything is just amazing. I promise you won’t regret trying it! I had it in my fridge and ate it for lunch for 4 days straight. TIP: To save time, instead of making the cauliflower rice from scratch, buy it pre-cut in a bag & softened it with some olive oil on the stove or even throw it in the microwave.

I just finished a month of Whole 30 eating, and I honestly feel incredible. I had no idea how my body was affected by the bad foods I was putting into it until I cut them out entirely. I really enjoyed this podcast on conscious eating and how it’s importance is massively overshadowed by the “cheap” and “easy” normality of society’s current eating habits. I can’t recommend it enough!
